Thermocouple wire K type 3.2mm 1.2mm 1.8mm thick wire oxidized surface

Products are made of chromel (NiCr 9,5) and alumel (NiMnAlCo) - thermocouple nickel alloys.

Nickel (Ni) is the main chromel component. Its share is 87.4-90.4% considering 0.6-1.2% of cobalt (Co). Chromium (Cr) is the second major component - 9,0-10,0%. Other chemical elements are represented by tenths and permils of per cent.

Alumel contains 91.5-95.1% of nickel (Ni) and 0.6-1.2% of cobalt (Co). It contains 1.8-2.7% of manganese (Mn), 1.6-2.4% of aluminum (Al) and 0.85-1.5% of silicon (Si), other chemical elements are represented by tenths of per cent and basis points.
