Product Description

Tankii Resistance Alloy 875 strip  used for Medium Voltage load banks

Product Description

Resistohm 145 or FeCrAl 145 is a ferritic alloy of the FeCrAl family, which can be used up to 1300°C in case of big diameters.

Resistohm 145 or FeCrAl 145 can be used for resistances in electric furnaces for ceramic, chemical and metallurgic industries, and for all applications where it is necessary to apply very high temperature of use.
Life time of Resistohm 145 is better than those of NiCr in case of atmospheres containing sulfur and particularly if they are oxidizing.
The same material in China is 0Cr21Al6Nb which with the same resistivity of 1.45μΩ/m at 20ºC.
Resistance heating strip for furnace heating elements and other heat-generating applications.
The strip is normally delivered in cold-rolled condition with ground surface.

Characters:
Hardness: Soft, Half hard, hard
Standard: ASTM B603, DIN 17470, TOCT 10994, JIS C2520, GB/T1234
Has been used extensively as heating elements in industrial furnaces and electrical kilns.
Has less hot strength than Tophet alloys but much higher melting point.

We also produce below grades:
 Alloy 750, Alferon 902, Alchrome 750, Resistohm 125, Aluchrom, 750 Alloy, Stablohm 750
