Thermal Spray Wire is widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, highly anti-corroision and anti-high temperature,
coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,bond coats for improving the adhesion of top
coatings,coatings on moulds in the glass industry.

NiAl 95/5: Thermal Spray Wire (Sp 95/5, SD 95/5, Ni95Al5) 
 
NiAl 95/5 is an austenitic nickel-aluminium alloy (NiAl alloy) for use in arc and flame spray systems. The alloy produces dense, well bonding coatings.
(Common name:NiAl 95-5, Nickel Aluminum 95/5,N9,Ni95Al5,95/5 Nickel Aluminum,F-80NA Nickel Aluminium 95/5)
 
This alloy is a nickel aluminium alloy characterized by dense coating,high temperature oxidation resistance, heat shock resistance and scratch resistance.This wire has stable chemical composition, low oxgen and high bonding strength.
 
Typical applications for NiAl 95/5 are widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, Coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,Bond coats for improving the adhesion of top coatings,Coatings on moulds in the glass industry.
Normal composition%

NiAl 80/20 can be used as an adhesive coating and require minimal surface treatment. Bond strengths in excess of 9000 psi can be obtained on blasting surfaces of gravel. It has good resistance to high temperature oxidation and abrasion, and excellent resistance to impact and bending.
