High-temperature Heating Alloy    TK1

TK1 large-sized cold-drawn wire products can be used for high-temperature resistance furnace. Practice has proved that: the product process is stable, integrated performance is good. Has good high temperature oxidation resistance and longer service life; excellent winding properties at room temperature processing, ease of processing molding; little rebound resilience and so on. Processing performance is very good; operating temperature can reach 1400 ºC.

Conventional Product specifications: 0.1 ~ 10 mm

Uses: mainly used in powder metallurgy furnace, diffusion furnace, radiant tube heater and all kinds of high-temperature furnace heating body.

0Cr27Al7Mo2 is a iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) characterized by high resistance, low coefficient of electric resistance, higher operating temperature, good corrosion resistance under high temperature.It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 1400°C.

Typical applications for 0Cr27Al7Mo2 are used in heating element of the single crystal furnace, sintering furnace, ceramic calcining furnace and heat treatment furnace and diffusion furnace when the temperature is more than 1200°C.
