Superior Conductivity of Ni80Cr20 Nichrome Flat Wire
1. Performance: High resistivity, good oxidation resistance, very good form stability, good ductility and excellent weldability.
2. Application: It is widely used for electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces. And the typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
3. Dimension
Round Wire: 0.04mm-10mm
Flat Wire(Ribbon): Thickness 0.1mm-1.0mm, width 0.5mm-5.0mm
Other sizes are available upon your request.
Nichrome Alloy: Ni80Cr20, Ni70Cr30, Ni60Cr15, Ni35Cr20, Ni30Cr20 etc
