Ni80Cr20 Nichrome capillary pipe OD 3 mm
Chemical Composition: 80% nickel, 20% chrome
Resisvity: 1.09 ohm mm2/m,
Hardness: Soft, hard or semi-hard
The resistance of the nichrome tube generates heat when an electric current passes through it.
The heat generated by the nichrome tube is proportional to the amount of electrical current flowing through it and the resistance of the tube.
The higher the electrical current and the resistance of the tube, the more heat is generated.
Characteristics: Stable performance; Anti-oxidation; Corrosion resistance; High temperature stability; Excellent coil-forming ability; Uniform and beautiful surface condition without spots.
Usage: Resistance heating elements; Material in metallurgy;
Household appliances; Mechanical manufacturing and other industries.
We professionally produce nickel-base alloy tape, include Ni80Cr20, Ni60Cr23,
Ni60Cr16, Ni35Cr20, Ni20Cr25, NiMn, Ni200, Karma, Evanohm, NCHW, etc.
